The Swoot pickup process and eligible locations will be confirmed before launch.

MixmaGo takes custody once the bags are accepted at the hub.

When available, you’ll be able to request delivery from the MixmaGo hub to an eligible address.

MixmaGo releases the bag for Swoot handover under the approved process.
